A rich selection of chicken eggs from our happy feathered friends, who are rotated through our gardens and pastures to help us by eating bugs and fertilizing the soil. They spend the winter in our greenhouse, which we then use to grow tomatoes and peppers once the hens move back out onto pasture.

We collect sugar maple sap from our old growth trees in the the early spring and boil it down using sustainably harvested firewood. We do not use reverse osmosis machines or filter presses. We feel our old-school methods make for a unique, small batch, mineral rich, naturally pure maple syrup with true terroir flavor.
